Central De-icing
Supreme Aviation is a leader in the development and operation of Central
De-icing Facilities (CDF's) with un-equalled industry experience and
expertise. We not only provide the knowledge to operate the facilities
but assist in the early stages of design and subsequent management.
Our training curriculum encompasses all aspects of de-icing from the
most efficient application techniques to crew communications, providing
our employees with the best instruction in the industry.

ACAP
Building on our proven proficiency developed in Toronto, Canada, we
offer airport authorities a world class Airport Customer Assistance
Programme (ACAP) to provide their passengers with specialised mobility
assistance.
Initiated for Toronto Airport Authority, ACAP is a specialised Supreme
Aviation programme which provides a consolidated service for passengers
in need of assistance under one umbrella for the whole airport. With
a dedicated team of 370 staff who collectively speak 60 languages including
sign, we remove undue obstacles to create a smooth journey for passengers
from the curb-side right through to the aircraft seat. We have the
responsibility of designing and operating the service across all three
terminals, where on average 700 wheelchairs and 2000 surrey (golf cart)
passengers are handled a day.
With the increase of passengers travelling who are in need of special
assistance and a new EU directive transferring responsibility of passenger
assistance from carrier to airport, Supreme Aviation is well positioned
to easily expand our innovative solutions to airport authorities across
the globe.

Snow
As industry leaders in snow removal services we have been serving
the aviation community for over 40 years having pioneered many of the
techniques used at major airports, seaports and commercial facilities
in the USA and Canada. In 2003 we took the expertise and formed a strategic
partnership with Snow lift Inc., to create a joint venture branded
Supreme Snow lift.
